Since the 20152016 season, Peter Kellner is a member of Oper Graz, singing Basilio in Rossini’s Il barbiere di Siviglia and Osmin in Mozart’s Die Entführung aus dem Serail. During the 20142015 season, he performed several roles in at Oldenburgisches Staatstheater including Bartolo in Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro and the title role of Handel’s Hercules. He is covering the title role in Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro at the 2016 Glyndebourne Festival Opera.

In 2013, Peter Kellner made his debuts with the Salzburg Festival, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and at the Macao International Music Festival. At Mozarteum Salzburg he performed Mozart parts including Leporello in Don Giovanni, Publio in La clemenza di Tito as well as Death in Ullmann‘s Der Kaiser von Atlantis and Bobby in Weill’s Singspiel um Mahagonny. During the 20162017 season, he will make his debut as Papageno in Mozarts Die Zauberflöte and Basilio in Rossini’s Il Barbiere di Siviglia at Teatro lirico Giuseppe Verdi di Trieste.

The bass has sung his first Sarastro in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte at Stadttheater Klagenfurt and was a guest at Teatro Romano in Fiesole, Italy, in 2014. Since 2010, Peter Kellner has been a guest at Slovak National State Operas in Košice, Banská Bystrica and, since 2014, Bratislava where he performed his first Colline in Puccinis La bohème. In 2016, he will make his debut at the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival.

Peter Kellner performed with orchestras including Camerata Salzburg, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Vienna Philharmonic and under the baton of conductors including Theodor Guschlbauer, Friedrich Haider, Jörg Halubek, Sir Antonio Pappano and Vasily Petrenko.
